Chatt Pata Pakora

Green chillies 5-6
Spinach 3-4 leaves
Lukewarm water 1-1 ½ cup
Ghee/oil 3 cups for fry
National Chatt Pata Pakora Mix 1 packet
1. Cut all vegetables.
2. Mix national chatt pata pakora mix in 1-1 ½ cups water.
3. Leave it for 10 minutes.
4. Then mix in all vegetables.
5. Fry pakora on slow heat.
6. Serve with national chutney or national ketchup.
