    These are very tasty! Love the garlic wish they made these in chip form. Love the coriander chutney with these. I either microwave or oven cook mine

    Gorillas in the packing department are a detriment to business. I like KhanaPakana, but hope management does a better job next time(?).

    I fried the Garlic, Cumin and Kerala papads in canola oil at 375 deg F. The Garlic puffed the best and came out crispiest. Garlic flavor is not very pronounced, but it is a tasty product. Cumin came in second for crispiness and lack of oiliness, and Kerala last. Haven't tried roasting over open flame, but will do so.
