Product Description

In Indian culture, Masala means a blend of spices, and chai simply means tea. So, Masala Chai is literally spiced tea. Our take on this treasured Indian drink combines premium Ceylon black tea with warming cinnamon, cardamom and ginger. Warm and inviting fragrance, zesty flavor and invigorating, aromatic finish. We suggest two heaping teaspoons per 8 oz cup, boiling water for 7-10 minutes. Sugar, cream or soy if desired.

  1. Tea masala

    Love it

  2. Just what I was looking for

Posted by dawn h. on 10th Jul 2017

i bought this at a store in VA then couldn't find it again. I thought this was it, but the written description makes it sound like there is tea and spices together, it is just spices which is what I wanted. So happy! I would start with 1/4 or 1/2 teaspoon per 8 ounces. Two heaping teaspoons as suggested in the description would be way too much.

  3. Laxmi Tea Masala

Divine! I use one teaspoon daily in a pot of tea and it's delicious!

  4. Laxmi Tea Masala and Gitz Sambar

Posted by Darlene H. on 12th Jun 2017

Love them both! Happy with my purchase! Thank you!
